Life Skills and Test Prep is a competency-based, four-skills course for adult ELL students at the low-beginning level. The course provides adult learners with the life skills competencies necessary for personal growth and for achieving their learning goals. Each level provides CASAS and state standards-based life skills activities, test prep tips, and unit tests.

Voices of Freedom is a content-based text. This new edition prepares students for the redesigned US citizenship test. It focuses on concepts of democracy and the rights and responsibilities of citizenship. Students develop the communication skills they need to demonstrate their English language and civics knowledge at the naturalization interview.
